Food photography and culinary identity

Food is about precision, texture and emotion. I work with Michelin-starred chefs, pastry houses, fine-dining restaurants and artisans, creating images that do justice to their craft.

My approach: chiaroscuro

I don’t like flat, overexposed food photos. I take inspiration from classical still lifes: I place the light carefully to bring out the relief, the shine and the texture of the produce. I also photograph behind the scenes: the kitchen brigade in motion, the fire, the chef’s precise gesture. That is what tells the story of your table.
