These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) set out the conditions for accessing and using the website cinephos.com (hereinafter the “Site”) by any user (hereinafter the “User”).

The Site is published by Panagiotis Achouriotis (hereinafter the “Publisher”), whose full contact details appear on the Site’s Legal Notice page.

ARTICLE 1: ACCESS TO THE SITE

Access to and use of the Site are free of charge and reserved for strictly professional or private use. The Publisher strives to ensure good-quality access to the Site but cannot be held liable for any service interruption, network failure or technical incompatibility of the User’s equipment.

1. Prohibition of reproduction: No element of the Site, in particular the Publisher’s images and videos, may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, modified, published, transmitted or distributed in any way whatsoever, on any medium, without the prior written consent of Panagiotis Achouriotis.
2. Prohibition of extraction and AI scraping: It is strictly forbidden to use web crawlers, scrapers, algorithms or any other automated tool to collect, copy or extract data, texts, photographs or video footage from the Site, in particular for the purpose of training generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools or machine-learning databases.

Any use not expressly authorised constitutes an act of infringement liable to civil and criminal prosecution under the French Intellectual Property

Code.

The information published on the Site is provided purely for information purposes and to illustrate the Publisher’s professional activity. These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute concerning the interpretation, performance or validity of these Terms, and failing prior amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of the city of Paris.
